Scheduling and Dispatch

The Scheduling and Dispatch module in Accruent Field helps coordinators assign, schedule, and dispatch work order tasks.

Dispatchers use multiple views to manage field teams and monitor task activity:

• List view: Provides a status-based view for managing tasks and technician activity.
• Calendar view: Provides a time-based view for scheduling and workload management.
• Map view: Provides a geographic view for tracking technician locations and task distribution.

Back-office users, including administrators and auditors, use List view to review and approve data captured in completed tasks.

The Scheduling and Dispatch module also includes automated scheduling capabilities that help optimize task assignment and improve operational efficiency.
